Geotechnical Testing & Construction Materials Laboratory Testing
Testing capability in Geotechnical Engineering practice area includes UU, CU and CD Triaxial tests, simple and residual direct shear tests, 1D Consolidation upto 128tsf, and Flexible Wall Permeability (Hydraulic Conductivity), Constant Head permeability, organic content, rock testing, and corrosion testing.
Testing capability in construction materials QA/QC testing include some basic classification tests, fire proofing density determination, aggregate testing, proctors (moisture density relationships), and concrete tests.
We use very high-end automated testing equipment to provide good data and detailed reports. In addition, we use vetted commercial testing software to present test reports that are compliant with many jurisdictions and testing standards. Compared to others, our reports stand out because of the detail we provide. Best of all, we back up our test reports by providing you with all the data we collect.
A professional engineer (PE) licensed to practice engineering in Maryland, and specialized in geotechnical engineering and QA/QC materials testing oversee's all the lab operations. He provides technical oversight and conducts annual technician evaluations, and quality system reviews.
